Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are subject to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.

Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.

OUR REFUND POLICY

At Coco & Co Apparel, we want you completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we have a 14-day return policy, giving you ample time to request a return from the date you receive your item. 

Eligibility For Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Along with the item, please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return: Initiate your return process by contacting us at notify.cocoandco@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Exceptions: Certain clothing items and accessories cannot be returned. If you have concerns about a specific item, feel free to get in touch. These items include but not limited to bodysuits, swimming suits, accessories, and items marked for final sale.

Exchanges: For a swift exchange process, return the item you wish to exchange. Once the return is processed, we will shipped new item.

Damaged Items In the unlikely event that you receive a dented or defective product, please get in touch with our purchaser support team within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that we are unable to consent to returns or offer refunds for articles that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
