Our Refund Policy

At Coco & Co Apparel, we want you completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we have a 14-day return policy, giving you ample time to request a return from the date you receive your item. 

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Along with the item, please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return: Initiate your return process by contacting us at notify.cocoandco@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: 9301 Tampa Ave Unit 169 Northridge, CA 91324. Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.

Return Process: Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with comprehensive instructions on where and how to send your package. 

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us promptly if you encounter a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We're committed to addressing the issue promptly and making it right. 

Exceptions: Certain clothing items and accessories cannot be returned. If you have concerns about a specific item, feel free to get in touch. These items include but not limited to bodysuits, swimming suits, accessories, and items marked for final sale.

Exchanges: For a swift exchange process, return the item you wish to exchange. Once the return is processed, we will shipped the new item.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a dented or defective product, please get in touch with our purchaser support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly review the issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.

Please note that we are unable to consent to returns or offer refunds for articles that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer. Additionally, any products purchased during promotional sales or clearance events are final sales and not eligible for refunds.
